Please note that I am not a certified translator. Therefore I can't translate visa-related or government-related documents.

３．What I CAN'T Do
- Translation/Proofreading of visa-related or government-related documents (As I am not a certified translator).
- Translation/Proofreading of handwritten documents.
- File formats other than Word(.docx) or text files(.txt)
４．Prices
- Translation (English to Japanese) £0.1/English Word
For example, document with 1000 words (in English) will be £100 - Proofreading (Japanese) £0.05/Japanese Letter
For example, document with 1000 letters (in Japanese) will be £50
Half of the contract amount must be paid in advance. Please pay the remaining amount to my PayPal account within 48 hours after I send the document back to you.
I am not available for urgent translation requests. Please allow plenty of time for delivery.
５．How It Works
- Contact me via Email
- I will let you know whether I can help you or not (I can't take all requests due to my busy schedule). I also let you know the exact price.
- If I can help you, I will let you know. At this stage, please pay the half amount of the money to my PayPal account.
- I will start translating/proofreading after I comfirm your payment.
- I will send the documents back to you.
- Please pay the remaining amount of money to my PayPal account with in 48 hours after I send the documents back to you.
６．Notes
- Please send your text in data format. Handwritten documents will not be accepted.
- I can only accept Word(.docx) or text files(.txt) file format.
- Please tell me if I should translate in a polite or casual style.
- Translation/Proofreading is only once. Revision requests are NOT acceptable.
- Please make sure you will pay the half amoung of the money before I start translating/proofreading and the remaining mount within 48 hours after I send the document back to you. If you failed to do so, additional fee will be charged (£1 for every day late).
